The average number of days that residential properties remain on the market has been trending lower for 3 consecutive months and is now less than 78 days for homes on the West End of 30A - see charts below.  Inventory has been holding steady through the 1st half of 2018 at approximately 6 months.  If you are considering selling, now might be a good time to capitalize on the decisive mindset of today's buyers that are shopping on 30A.
